康复训练在膝关节损伤三联症患者膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨康复训练在膝关节损伤三联症(KIT)患者膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建术后的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年9月我院收治的86例KIT患者,依据患者入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。所有患者均行膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建术。对照组于术后实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施康复训练。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组术后6个月的关节功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2个月,观察组的国际膝关节文献委员会膝关节评估表(IKDC)、美国膝关节协会(AKS)各维度、Barthel、下肢Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组,膝关节主动屈曲度大于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周,两组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论康复训练应用于KIT患者膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建术后能够显著促进患者膝关节功能恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation training in patients with knee injury triad(KIT)after arthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods A total of 86 KIT patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of admission number,with 43 cases in each group.All patients underwent arthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction.The control group received routine nursing intervention after operation,and the observation group received rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of joint function recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).At 2 months after operation,the scores of International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC),each dimension of the American Knee Society(AKS),Barthel and lower limb Fugl-Meyer in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the active flexion of the knee joint was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)between the two groups at 2 weeks after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training applied to KIT patients after arthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction can significantly promote the recovery of knee joint function.
