摘　　要：目的初步探讨张缙教授24式单式手法之刮法,为临床应用提供借鉴。方法毫针基本手法操作规范为针刺手法核心内容之一,张缙教授通过对历史古籍中诸多单式手法和近现代诸多医家的操作手法进行研究、甄选、厘定和总结后形成了24式单式手法;简称为张缙教授24式单式手法。整理之后分成6组,按韵归类写成口诀:揣、爪、循、摄,摇、盘、捻、搓,进、退、提、插,刮、弹、飞、摩,动、推、颤、弩,按、扪、搜、拔。刮法为24式单式手法之一,操作简便,易学易用,张缙教授对刮法的定义、操作要领、主要作用、注意事项等进行了阐述,为临床运用刮法提供了方便。结果张缙教授对针刺手法刮法的操作关键进行了厘定,临床可单独运用,亦可作为复式手法烧山火、透天凉中的一种变法。结论刮法在行针过程中会产生一种水波样的舒适感,患者易于接受,为临床应用提供参考。Objective to explore the needle-handle scraping method of Professor Zhang Jin’s 24 simplex technique,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods The basic manipulation of filiform needle is one of the core contents of acupuncture manipulation,Professor Zhang Jin formed the 24 simplex technique by studying,selecting,determining and summarizing many single-style techniques in historical and ancient books as well as many modern doctors’operation techniques,Professor Zhang Jin twenty-four.After sorting out,they were divided into six groups,which were classified according to their rhymes and written into pithy formulas:Chuai Zhua Xun She,Yao Pan Nian Cuo,Jin Tui Ti Cha,Gua Tan Fei Mo,Dong Tui Chan Nu,An Men Sou Ba.needle-handle scraping method is one of the 24 single method,is easy to operate,easy to learn and easy to use,Professor Zhang on the definition of needle-handle scraping method,operating essentials,the main role,matters needing attention,etc.,for the clinical application of needle-handle scraping method to provide convenience.Results Professor Zhang Jin determined the operation key of acupuncture needle-handle scraping method,which can be used alone in clinical practice,and can be used as a variation of compound technique in burning mountain fire and penetrating cold.Conclusion The needle-handle scraping method can produce a kind of wave-like comfort in the needle process,which is easy to be accepted by patients,and provides reference for clinical application.
