脉络疏通丸对腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后的康复作用

摘　　要：目的探讨脉络疏通丸对腰椎间盘突出症患者椎间孔镜术后康复的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2021年12月山东中医药大学附属医院微创骨科收治的腰椎间盘突出症经保守治疗无效,行椎间孔镜髓核摘除神经根松解术的患者68例,采取简单随机的方法,将患者分为2组,分别为34例。对照组接受椎间孔镜下髓核摘除神经根松解术,并在术后接受常规的护理和功能锻炼等,试验组在对照组的基础上口服脉络疏通丸治疗,2组均连续治疗1周,比较2组患者术前、术后1周、术后1个月的Oswestry(ODI)评分和视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,不良事件及随访结果。所得的数据用SPSS 22.0进行统计,并最后对结果进行评价。结果试验组术后1周、术后1个月的VAS评分和ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉络疏通丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症经椎间孔镜下髓核摘除神经根松解术后的患者,可以更好地促进恢复、减少疼痛等。Objective To investigate the effect of Mailuo Shutong pills on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,68 patients with lumbar disc herniation in department of minimally invasive orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received nerve root dissection under foraminoscope,and received routine nursing and functional exercise after surgery,and the experimental group received Mailuo Shutong pills on the basis of the control group.The two groups received continuous treatment for 1 week.The Oswestry(ODI)scores and visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were compared before surgery,1 week and 1 month after surgery.Adverse events and follow-up results.The data obtained were analyzed by SPSS 22.0,and the results were evaluated at last.Results The VAS scores and ODI scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at 2 weeks after surgery and 1 month after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Mailuo Shutong pills can better promote recovery and reduce pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation after transvertebral foraminal microscopic nucleus pulposus removal nerve root release,which is worth promoting.
