一贯煎治疗慢性胆囊炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨一贯煎加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的效果及安全性。方法将114例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分为对照组(57例)和试验组(57例)。对照组给予消炎利胆片治疗,试验组给予一贯煎加减治疗,2组均治疗6周。比较2组临床疗效、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果试验组总有效率为89.47%(51/57),高于对照组的71.93%(41/57)(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平较低(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为3.51%(2/57),稍低于对照组的7.02%(4/57),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一贯煎加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的效果显著,能明显抑制炎症反应,且具有较高安全性。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Yiguanjian in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Methods 114 patients with chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into control group of 57 cases and treatment group of 57 cases.The control group was treated with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets,and the treatment group was treated with modified Yiguanjian.The 2 groups were both treated for 6 weeks.The clinical effect,the levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 89.47%(51/57),which was higher than that of control group(71.93%,41/57)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in experimental groups were lower after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in test group was 3.51%(2/57),slightly lower than that in control group(7.02%,4/57),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Yiguanjian has a significant clinical effect on chronic cholecystitis,which can inhibit inflammatory reaction and has high safety.
