小陷胸汤合半夏泻心汤治疗痰湿壅盛型老年高血压病临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究小陷胸汤合半夏泻心汤治疗痰湿壅盛型老年高血压病患者的临床效果及对尿微量白蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年3月在鞍山市汤岗子康复医院治疗的80例痰湿壅盛型老年高血压病患者为本次研究对象,采用数字随机分组法将其分为常规组和观察组,每组40例。常规组采用普通西药治疗,观察组在常规组的基础上增加小陷胸汤合半夏泻心汤治疗。治疗后,对比2组患者的中医症状评分以及尿微量白蛋白水平变化情况。结果观察组中医症状评分比常规组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的尿微量白蛋白水平比常规组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对痰湿壅盛型老年高血压病患者采用小陷胸汤合半夏泻心汤治疗,能够有效改善患者的中医症状,降低尿微量白蛋白水平,促进病情恢复。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Xiaoxianxiong decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension of phlegm dampness accumulation type and their influence on the level of urinary microalbumin.Methods Eighty patients with senile hypertension with excessive accumulation of phlegm and dampness treated in Tanggangzi Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the objects of this study,and they were divided into conventional group and observation group by digital random grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with common western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Xiaoxianxiong decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical effect and urinary microalbumin levels of the two groups were compared.Results The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The urinary microalbumin level of observation group was lower than that of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoxianxiong decoction and Banxia Xiexin decoction can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,reduce the level of urinary microalbumin and promote the recovery of the disease.
