身痛逐瘀汤配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析身痛逐瘀汤配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年10月桓仁满族自治县中医院收治的72例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机均分为2组,各36例。参照组用西药治疗,观察组用中药配合针刺治疗,比较相关情况、不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组相关情况比参照组好,2组症状好转时间(t=6.545,P=0)、疼痛消退时间(t=6.929,P=0)、生活质量评分(t=6.538,P=0)差异有统计学意义;不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药配合针刺能尽快改善腰椎间盘突出症、舒缓疼痛等,疗效更佳。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 72 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted in Huanren Manchu Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine and acupuncture.The related conditions and adverse conditions was compared.Results After treatment,the relevant situation in the observation group was better than that in the reference group.The symptom improvement time(t=6.545,P=0),pain remission time(t=6.929,P=0)and quality of life score(t=6.538,P=0)were statistically significant between the two groups.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine and acupuncture can improve lumbar disc herniation as soon as possible,relieve pain,etc.,and have a better effect.
