黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的效果。方法选择2019年2月—2021年1月江西省兴国县中医院收治的60例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,各30例。对照组接受西药治疗,试验组接受黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗,对患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、生活质量评分的变化情况、临床治疗总有效率、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)转阴率、复发率、总不良反应发生率进行观察。结果治疗前,患者的中医证候积分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的中医证候积分显著降低,生活质量评分显著提升,且试验组的降低与提升程度更加显著,并且试验组的临床治疗总有效率96.67%(29/30)、Hp转阴率96.67%(29/30)明显较高,复发率3.33%(1/30)、总不良反应发生率6.67%(2/30)明显较低,相较于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎具有良好效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods 60 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type in Xingguo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application of Chinese medicine.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,quality of life score,total effective rate,negative conversion rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp),recurrence rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and quality of life score(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly reduced,and the quality of life score was significantly improved,and the reduction and improvement degree of the experimental group was more significant,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),the Hp conversion rate was 96.67%(29/30)was significantly higher,the recurrence rate was 3.33%(1/30),and the total adverse reactions occurred The rate of 6.67%(2/30)was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type has good effect.
