银花汤治疗寻常型痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究治疗寻常型痤疮应用银花汤的效果。方法将沈阳市苏家屯区中心医院2018年12月—2019年10月收治的86例患有寻常型痤疮的患者随机进行分组,每组43例。给予参照组盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗,给予试验组银花汤治疗。对比2组患者随访3个月、6个月后总皮损分值以及随访6个月后的疗效。结果对2组患者随访3个月、6个月之后对比总皮损分值,随访3个月后试验组和参照组总皮损分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月后,试验组总皮损分值明显低于参照组(P<0.05);对比疗效,试验组总有效率为97.67%(42/43),明显高于参照组的81.40%(35/43)(P<0.05)。结论在为寻常型痤疮患者进行治疗时使用银花汤,能够得到更为理想的效果,加快患者恢复健康的速度,改善临床症状。Objective To study the effect of Yinhua decoction in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 86 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Sujiatun District Central Hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 patients in each group.Minocycline capsule was given to the control group and Yinghua decoction was given to the experimental group.The total skin lesion scores and the efficacy after 6 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total skin lesion score of the 2 groups was compared after 3 and 6 months of follow-up,and there was no significant difference between the test group and the reference group after 3 months of follow-up(P>0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the total skin lesion score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.67%(42/43),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.40%,35/43)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acne vulgaris,the use of Yinhua decoction for the treatment of patients can get more ideal therapeutic effect,speed up the recovery of patient’s health,and improve the clinical symptoms.
