缓慢捻进针法治疗不寐临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察缓慢捻进针法治疗不寐的临床效果。方法将82例患者随机分成缓慢捻进针组和普通针刺组,均治疗1个疗程。结果缓慢捻进针组治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),显著高于普通针刺组的78.05%(32/41),2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总评分均有降低,但缓慢捻进针组PSQI评分的改善优于普通针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缓慢捻进针法治疗不寐的效果明显优于普通针刺治疗,值得进一步在临床应用及推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of slow twisting needle method in the treatment of insomnia.Methods 82 patients were randomly divided into a slow twisting needle group and a normal acupuncture group,and both were treated for one course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the slow twisting needle group was 95.12%(39/41),which was significantly higher than the 78.05%(32/41)of the ordinary acupuncture group.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The total PSQI scores of the two groups were reduced,but the improvement of the PSQI score of the slow twisting needle group was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of slow twisting acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia is significantly better than that of ordinary acupuncture,and it is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
