穴位贴敷与熏洗泡足在产妇产后康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨产妇产后康复中应用中药穴位贴敷、熏洗泡足的护理效果。方法将2019年1月—2020年12月于南昌市第一医院建档立卡分娩的112例产妇作为研究对象,根据随机排列法进行分组,包括常规组56例,于产后施行常规护理;中医组56例,于产后施行常规护理+中药穴位贴敷+熏洗泡足,观察护理3 d后宫底高度、恶露量、泌乳情况及护理前(产后6 h内)、护理3 d后焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分变化。结果中医组宫底低于常规组(P<0.05),且恶露量少于常规组(P<0.05);中医组泌乳分级优于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,中医组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且低于同时期的常规组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷、中药熏洗泡足能够促进产妇的产后泌乳及康复,同时改善其心理状态,应用效果显著。Objective To explore the nursing effect of applying Chinese medicine acupoint application and Chinese medicine fumigation and foot bath during postpartum rehabilitation of parturients.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,112 cases of parturients who were registered in Nanchang First Hospital for delivery were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the random arrangement method,including 56 cases in the routine group,which received routine care after delivery and 56 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group,who received routine care after delivery,Chinese medicine acupoint application,Chinese medicine fumigation and foot bath.The height of the fundus of the uterus,lochia volume,lactation and the changes in the scores of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)before nursing(within 6 hours after delivery)and 3 days after nursing was observed.Results The fundus of the uterus in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the amount of lochia was less than the conventional group(P<0.05).The lactation grade of the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the traditional Chinese medicine group The scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those of the pre-nursing group,and lower than those of the routine group during the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint application and Chinese medicine fumigation and foot bath can promote the postpartum lactation and recovery of the parturient,and at the same time improve the mental state of the parturient,and has significant application effect.
