胡小芳教授治疗易栓症致复发性流产经验浅探

摘　　要：复发性流产又称习惯性流产,在中医学中并无确切病名,据其症状特点可归属“滑胎”“数堕胎”“胎动不安”等范畴,对于育龄期女性来说,属于高发疾病。其病因复杂,大量研究表明易栓症与复发性流产的关系密切。在此基础之上,胡小芳教授从中医理论出发认为其病机一为血瘀,二为肾虚。应治以补肾安胎、活血化瘀。文章通过总结胡教授应用自拟补肾活血方联合低分子肝素治疗易栓症致复发性流产之经验,为临床治疗提供新思路。Recurrent miscarriage is also called habitual miscarriage.There is no exact name in Chinese medicine.According to its symptom characteristics,it can be attributed to such categories as“habitual abortion”,“recurrent miscarriage”,and“fetal dysfunction”.It belongs to women of childbearing age,and has high incidence of diseases.The etiology is complicated,and a large number of studies have shown that thrombus-proneness is closely related to recurrent miscarriage.On this basis,Professor Hu Xiaofang,based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,believes that the pathogenesis is blood stasis and kidney deficiency.Treatment should start with invigorating the kidney and fetus,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.This article summarizes Professor Hu’s experience in applying self-made tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation recipe combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage caused by thrombosis,and provides new ideas for clinical treatment.
