米炒参苓白术散君药对健脾渗湿功效的增强作用

摘　　要：目的研究大米、小米、糯米3类米炒制参苓白术散君药,对原方健脾渗湿止泻作用的增强效果。方法将小鼠模型分为6组进行药物干预。空白组照常饲养。模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,原方组给予参苓白术散药液(含生药1 g/mL)灌胃,大米组给予大米炒参苓白术散君药药液(含生药1 g/mL)灌胃、小米组给予小米炒参苓白术散君药药液(含生药1 g/mL)灌胃、糯米组给予糯米炒参苓白术散君药药液(含生药1 g/mL)灌胃,以上5组小鼠每次灌胃量为1.4 mL/kg,每次灌胃间隔12 h。用药10 d之后,测得小鼠脾脏重与胸腺重。计算得出脾脏指数、胸腺指数和给药前后体质量增长率。结果应用参苓白术散能有效促进脾虚泄泻小鼠恢复正常。大米炒君药后,更能增强参苓白术散的健脾渗湿功效,大米组小鼠体质量增长率、脾脏重指数和胸腺指数均高于原方组、小米组和糯米组。结论相较于应用小米、糯米,大米炮制参苓白术散君药对原方渗湿止泻功效增强更为明显。Objective To study whether the main components of Shenling Baizhu powder can enhance the effect of invigorating spleen,permeating dampness and stopping diarrhea after fried with rice,millet and glutinous rice.Methods The mice models were divided into 6 groups for drug intervention.The blank group was fed as usual,and the model group was given normal saline intragastric administration,The original drug group was given Shenling Baizhu powder Chinese medicine solution(containing 1g/ml)by intragastric administration,The rice group was given the traditional Chinese medicine solution(1g/ml),the main component of Shenling Baizhu powder,which was fried with rice,by intragastric administration,The millet group was given a traditional Chinese medicine solution(containing 1g/ml),the main component of Shenling Baizhu powder,which was fried with millet,The glutinous rice group was given the traditional Chinese medicine solution(containing 1g/ml)fried with the main components of Shenling Baizhu powder and glutinous rice by intragastric administration.The above five groups were given 1.4mL/kg intragastric administration at an interval of 12h.After 10 days of administration,the mice’s spleen weight and thymus weight were measured.Spleen weight index,thymus weight index and body weight growth rate before and after administration were calculated.Results Compared with model group,Shenling Baizhu powder can effectively promote spleen deficiency catharsis mice to return to normal.The main components of Shenling Baizhu powder fried with rice could enhance the spleen and moisture infiltration effect of Shenling Baizhu powder.The increase rate of body weight,spleen weight index and thus weight index of mice in the rice group were higher than those in the original drug group,millet group and glutinous rice group.Conclusion Compared with millet,glutinous rice,rice processing Shenling Baizhu powder sovereign on the original drug infiltration and diarrhea effect is more obvious.
