中医望诊在乳腺疾病中的相关应用探讨

摘　　要：乳腺疾病是当今妇科的常见病和多发病,且发病率逐年升高,若未经及时诊治,则有发生恶变的风险,因此准确而高效的诊断方法对于乳腺病的检出与辨治具有重要临床价值。中医望诊具有无创、简便、高效等优点,将该方法广泛应用于乳腺病的临床诊断中,可以直观地查知疾病状况,预测病情变化趋势,有效指导临床治疗。此文通过查找古代书籍中关于乳腺病望诊的记载及近年的相关文献资料,从望乳房表面色泽的改变、皮肤凹陷、橘皮样改变、菜花样改变、慢性窦道方面分析概述,探讨中医望诊在乳腺病诊治中的优势,以期为现代乳腺病的诊断提供有益参考,并进一步推动中医传统诊法与西医诊断技术深入结合,从而切实提高乳腺病诊断的准确率。Breast disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gynecological department.In addition,the incidence of breast disease is increasing year by year.Without timely diagnosis and treatment,there is a risk of malignant transformation.Therefore,an efficient and accurate breast diagnosis method is of great value in the detection,differentiation and treatment of breast disease.This method is widely used in the clinical diagnosis of breast diseases.It can directly detect the disease status,predict the change trend of the disease condition,and effectively guide the clinical treatment.By looking up the records of breast observation in ancient books and related literature in recent years,this paper analyzes and summarizes the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine observation in the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases from the aspects of breast surface color change,skin sag,orange skin change,vegetable pattern change,chronic sinus canal,in order to provide useful reference for the diagnosis of modern breast diseases,and further promote the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment In order to improve the accuracy of breast disease diagnosis,Western medicine diagnosis technology is deeply combined.
