综合护理对老年卧床压疮高危患者的干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的就综合护理对老年卧床压疮高危患者的临床效果予以观察分析,进一步提升患者的临床疗效,降低并发症率。方法将2021年1月至2022年2月收入本院110例老年卧床压疮高危患者作为此次研究对象,按护理措施的不同均分为55例/组的对照组、观察组。对照组为常规护理,观察组为综合护理,分析患者压疮的产生原因,对比患者的治疗疗效和生活质量。结果从数据可见,观察组患者的压疮发生率为9.09%,对照组则为21.82%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,护理满意度对比中,观察组得分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。此外,对比患者受压部位表皮温度和体表压力变化,以观察组分值低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。最后,在患者生活质量调研中,观察组得分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对老年卧床压疮高危患者实施综合护理,有效性良好,临床疗效较为理想,有助于降低压疮发生率,加强患者对并发症的认识,也提升了生活质量,具备一定推广、应用价值。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on elderly patients with high risk of bed bedsore,further improve the clinical effect of patients and reduce the complication rate.Methods A total of 110 high-risk elderly patients with bedsore admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were into the study.They were equally divided into 55 cases of control group croutine nursing and observation group(comprehensive nursing)according to different nursing measures.The causes of bedsore were analyzed and the curative effect and quality of life were compared between the control group and the observation group.Results According to the data,the incidence of bedsore in the observation group was 9.09%,and that in the control group was 21.82%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the same time,the nursing satisfaction comparison,the observation group score was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In addition,the changes of skin temperature and surface pressure in the compressed area of patients were compared,and the values of observation group were lower than those of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Finally,in the survey of patients'quality of life,the observation group scored higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with high risk of bed bedsore has good effectiveness and ideal clinical efficacy,which can help to reduce the incidence of bedsore,strengthen patients'understanding of complications,and improve the quality of life.It has certain promotion and application value.
