摘　　要：目的探讨并分析中心静脉压监测对儿科重症监护病房危重患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2022年8月期间我院儿科重症监护病房接收的228例危重患儿为研究对象,所选患儿均行以中心静脉压监测,将此种监测对危重患儿治疗效果产生的影响进行分析。结果经过中心静脉压监测,228例患儿中89例为显效、120例为有效、19例为无效,总有效共209例,临床总有效率为91.67%;治疗监测过程中均未出现严重并发症,其中10例出现感染症状,占比为4.39%,经过对症处理均好转,预后效果良好。结论儿科重症监护病房应用中心静脉压监测可动态监测儿童的病情进展,避免严重并发症的发生,从而提高临床治疗效果,临床价值理想。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of central venous pressure monitoring on the treatment of critical patients in pediatric intensive care unit.Methods Two hundred and twenty-eight critically ill children in the pediatric intensive care unit of our hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the selected children were monitored with central venous pressure,and the impact of such monitoring on the treatment effect of critically ill children was analyzed.Results Through central venous pressure monitoring,89 of 228 children were significantly effective,120 were effective,and 19 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 91.67%;There were no serious complications during the treatment and monitoring,and 10 of them had infection symptoms,accounting for 4.39%.After symptomatic treatment,they were all improved and the prognosis was good.Conclusion The application of central venous pressure monitoring in the pediatric intensive care unit can dynamically monitor the progress of children's disease,avoid the occurrence of serious complications,and improve the clinical treatment effect,with ideal clinical value.
