摘 要:目的探讨分析可视化技术在儿科门诊输液中的应用价值。方法以2020年12月至2021年4月为时间基准,在我院所有输液中心输液的患儿当中,随机收集168例作为本次研究的对象和主体,将其按照“动态随机分组法”,分为对照组和试验组,每组84例患儿。前者采用常规输液,后者采用可视化技术进行输液,对比两组患儿的穿刺成功率、患者家长满意度,对比两组患儿的生活质量和心理状态。结果相对比对照组的满意度69.05%,试验组82.14%更优,P<0.05;相对比对照组73.81%,试验组一次穿刺成功率88.10%更高,与对照组操作用时(7.21±4.35)min相比,试验组操作用时(5.05±3.56)min更短,P<0.05。穿刺前,两组患者的各项评分相差不大,P>0.05;穿刺后,试验组患者的生理功能评分、情感功能评分、社会功能评分以及角色功能评分,均高于对照组,P<0.05。穿刺后,试验组患者的DSRSC评分、SCARED评分,均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论可视化技术在儿科门诊输液中应用效果显著,可提高穿刺成功率及患者家长满意度,还可以提高护士自信心及工作压力,减轻患儿痛苦,减少护理纠纷,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of analytical visualization technology in pediatric outpatient infusion.Methods Taking December 2020 to April 2021 as the time benchmark,168 children in all infusion centers in our hospital were randomly collected as the object and subject of this study.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the“dynamic random grouping method”,with 84 children in each group.The former used routine infusion,while the latter used visualization technology for infusion.The puncture success rate and parental satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the quality of life and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The relative satisfaction was 69.05%in the control group and 82.14%in the experimental group(P<0.05);Compared with 73.81%in the control group,the success rate of one-time puncture in the experimental group was 88.10%.Compared with the control group(7.21±4.35)min,the experimental group time for infusion puncture(5.05±3.56)min was shorter(P<0.05).Before puncture,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After puncture,the scores of physiological function,emotional function,social function and role function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After puncture,the DSRSC score and SCARED score of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of visualization technology in pediatric outpatient infusion is remarkable.It can improve the success rate of puncture and the satisfaction of patients'parents,improve nurses'self-confidence and work pressure,reduce children's pain and reduce nursing disputes.It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
