李氏砭法刮痧治疗脾虚湿蕴手足湿疹的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析李氏砭法刮痧治疗脾虚湿蕴手足湿疹的应用。方法设定此次研究的时间在2021年6月至2022年6月,邀请院内的36例脾虚湿蕴手足湿疹患者参与到此次研究的过程中之中,并以随机的分组的方式将患者分为对照组以及观察组。对对照组中的患者采用西药治疗结合针灸治疗的方式进行干预;对观察组中的患者采用李氏砭法刮痧治疗的方式进行干预。在完成治疗之后,对比对照组以及观察组所取得的治疗效果、反复发作情况、血清睾酮指标、治疗前以及治疗后的皮损积分、瘙痒症状、中医湿热证候次症积分以及患者对于最终治疗效果的满意度。结果在患者完成所有治疗之后,通过整理分析治疗前后所得的数据发现,观察组在取得的治疗效果、反复发作情况、血清睾酮指标、皮损积分、瘙痒症状、中医湿热证候次症积分以及患者对于最终治疗效果的满意度方面,相比于对照组,均存在明显的优势(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在对脾虚湿蕴手足湿疹患者进行治疗的过程中,采用李氏砭法刮痧的治疗方式对患者进行治疗,能够取得优良的治疗效果,同时能够显著的改善患者的反复发作情况、血清睾酮指标、皮损积分、瘙痒症状、中医湿热证候次症积分以及患者对于最终治疗效果的满意度,在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果,在今后对脾虚湿蕴手足湿疹类型患者的治疗过程中,可参照本次研究的治疗方式,进而保障最终的治疗效果。Objective To explore and analyze the application of Li's needle scraping in the treatment of spleen deficiency and wet eczema.Methods The time of this study was set from June 2021 to June 2022.36 patients with spleen deficiency and wet hand and foot eczema in the hospital were invited to participate in the process of this study,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random group.The patients in the control group were intervened by western medicine treatment and acupuncture treatment,and the patients in the observation group were intervened by Li's needle scraping method.After the completion of the treatment,the treatment effect,repeated attacks,serum testosterone index,skin damage points before and after treatment,pruritus symptoms,TCM,dampness-heat syndrome points,and patient satisfaction with the final treatment effect were compared with the control group and the observation group.Results After patients after all the treatment,by analyzing the data before and after the treatment found that observation group in the treatment effect,recurrent,serum testosterone,skin lesions,itching symptoms,TCM heat syndrome and patient satisfaction for the final treatment effect,compared with the control group,there are obvious advantages(P<0.05),the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion In the process of treatment of patients with spleen deficiency wet accumulate foot eczema,adopt the copper needle scrapping treatment of patients,can achieve excellent treatment effect,at the same time can significantly improve recurrent patients,serum testosterone,skin lesions,itching symptoms,TCM damp heat syndrome syndrome and satisfaction of patients for the final treatment effect,in the process of practical application has excellent effect,in the future of patients in the treatment process,can refer to the treatment of the study,and guarantee the final treatment effect.
