小儿肺炎患者采取优质护理干预对提高护理有效性的价值分析

摘　　要：目的讨论优质护理在小儿肺炎患儿中所发挥的护理效果。方法对2020年1月至2020年12月来我院治疗的80例小儿肺炎患儿通过抽签(奇偶数)方法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例)。分别对两组患儿配合优质护理(观察组)和常规护理(对照组),比较效果。结果①观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(95.00%vs 72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组患儿的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(10.00%vs.32.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③护理后观察组患儿的肺功能改善情况优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论将优质护理服务应用的小儿肺炎支原体感染中能有效提升患儿的治疗有效率,降低并发症对患儿机体产生的影响,充分改善患儿的肺功能,值得推荐。Objective Discussion of the effectiveness of high-quality nursing in children with pediatric pneumonia.Methods Eighty children with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by drawing lots(odd even number).Two groups of children with high-quality nursing(observation group)and routine nursing(control group),respectively,to compare the effect.Results(1)The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(95.00%vs.72.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.00%vs.32.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After nursing,the improvement of lung function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing service in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of children,reduce the impact of complications on the body of children,and fully improve the lung function of children,which is worthy of recommendation.
