老年高血压患者实施分组护理的临床意义

摘　　要：目的评价老年高血压患者实施分组护理的临床意义。方法收选医院确诊的84例老年高血压患者进行研究,依据随机原则分为对照组40例、观察组44例。给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组分组护理,评价不同护理实施后的临床意义。结果观察组护理后收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组。观察组护理后角色功能、身体功能、情感功能、社会功能评分、总体生活质量评分高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者接受分组护理干预,可提高血压控制效果,进一步改善患者的生活质量水平,其推广以及应用价值显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of group nursing in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Eighty-four elderly patients with hypertension diagnosed in the hospital were enrolled in the study.According to the random principle,40 patients in the control group and 44 patients in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given group nursing to evaluate the clinical significance of different nursing care.Results The postoperative systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The post-care role,physical function,emotional function,social function score,and overall quality of life score of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly hypertensive patients receiving group nursing intervention can improve the blood pressure control effect and further improve the patient's quality of life.Its promotion and application value are significant.
