轻度脑外伤手术患者应用个性化护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探究轻度脑外伤手术患者应用个性化护理的效果。方法选取我院2019年5月至2022年8月收治的轻度脑外伤手术患者54例,均分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组结合个性化护理,分析两组手术指标、生活质量、Barthel指数、NIHSS评分、护理满意度。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Barthel指数、NIHSS评分均好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对轻度脑外伤手术患者予以个性化护理干预可提高预后。Objective To explore the effect observation of personalized nursing for patients with mild brain trauma surgery.Methods Fifty-four patients with mild brain trauma surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to August 2022 were divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine nursing,the study group combined with personalized nursing,to analyze the two groups of surgical indicators,quality of life,Barthel index,NIHSS score,nursing satisfaction.Results The surgical operation time,hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel index and NIHSS score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing for patients with mild traumatic brain injury can improve outcomes.
