心理护理干预对血站采血点无偿献血者献血反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨研究心理护理干预对血站采血点无偿献血者献血反应的影响。方法将2019年2月至2020年2月于血站采血点无偿献血者中随机抽出60例作观察对象,30例献血者予以常规护理,视为对照组;30例献血者采取心理护理,视为观察组。比较两组献血者的献血反应、护理满意度及心态变化。结果观察组消化系统、循环系统、意识异常、皮肤湿冷等献血反应总发生率为10.00%,均低于对照组的33.33%(χ^(2)=4.81,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%(χ^(2)=6.67,P<0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS等负面情绪评分分别为(24.11±1.36)分、(23.78±1.85)分,均低于对照组的(36.45±2.33)分、(36.93±1.72)分(t=5.828、28.513,P<0.05);1年内随访,观察组再次自愿献血概率为86.67%,高于对照组的60.00%(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预用于血站采血点无偿献血者献血反应干预中,不仅能有效降低其献血反应发生率,还有利于稳定献血者心态,护理满意度及再次自愿献血率良好,应用价值显著。Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing intervention on blood donation of blood donors.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,unpaid blood donors from the blood station randomly selected 60 patients,and 30 blood donors were treated as a control group;30 blood donors took psychological nursing and were regarded as an observation group.Comparing the blood donation response,nursing satisfaction and mentality changes between the two groups.Results The total incidence of blood donation reactions such as digestive system,circulatory system,abnormal consciousness,and wet and cold skin in the observation group was 10.00%,all were lower than 33.33%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.81,P<0.05).Care satisfaction in the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 66.67%of the control group(χ^(2)=6.67,P<0.05).After taking care,negative scores were(24.11±1.36)and(23.78±1.85),respectively,all were below the control group of(36.45±2.33),(36.93±1.72)(t=5.828,28.513,P<0.05);Follow-up within one year,the probability of another voluntary blood donation in the observation group was 86.67%,higher than 60.00%of the control group(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention used in the blood donation intervention of blood donors at blood collection points can not only effectively reduce the incidence of blood donation response,but also help stabilize the mentality of blood donors,nursing satisfaction and voluntary blood donation rate are good,with significant application value.
