摘  要:目的:分析水飞蓟素胶囊在2型糖尿病患者中抗氧化应激抗炎的作用。方法:采用了随机对照双盲实验,选取2020年1月至2021年1月江西省人民医院收治的18例2型糖尿病患者,将患者分为两组,试验组和安慰剂组。试验组给予水飞蓟素胶囊;安慰剂组给予口服模拟胶囊(不含药物)。两组服药时间周期为45 d;于试验前后抽取患者静脉血,并对抗氧化抗炎指标:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),总抗氧化能力(TAC)、丙二醛(MDA)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)进行测定。结果:连续干预45 d后,与安慰剂组相比,试验组显著提高了SOD、TAC的水平(P<0.05)。同时,MDA浓度和hs-CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:水飞蓟素对2型糖尿病患者具有明显的抗氧化应激抗炎的作用。Objective:To investigate the anti-oxidative stress and anti-inflammatory effects of silymarin capsules in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:18 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by randomized controlled double-blind experiment,experimental group and placebo group.The experimental group was given silymarin capsules;the placebo group was given the same dose of placebo.The duration of medication was 45 days.Venous blood samples were collected before and after the test to measure the anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory indexes:superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(TAC),malondialdehyde(MDA)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Results:Compared with the placebo group,the experimental group increased the activities of SOD and TAC(P<0.05),the level of hs-CRP and the concentration of MDA in the experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Silymarin has obvious anti-oxidative stress and antiinflammatory effects in type 2 diabetic patients.
