肺力咳治疗小儿上呼吸道感染 180 例联合用药特征研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺力咳合剂在小儿上呼吸道感染的联合用药特征。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月于江西省儿童医院门诊呼吸科就诊诊断为急性上呼吸道感染、除常规治疗外处方中联合使用了肺力咳合剂180例患儿,对其医嘱,合并用药以及疗效进行综合分析。结果:患儿年龄1~7岁占比最大,多见于一般病情;门诊治疗3~7 d共153例(85.00%);肺力咳合剂口服剂量以每日给药30 mL占比最大;主要用于诊断为上呼吸道感染,肺力咳合剂大多联合布地奈德皮质甾体激素类,特布他林选择性β_(2)-肾上腺素受体激动药,异丙托溴铵抗胆碱能药以及地氯雷他定等抗过敏药。结论:治疗小儿上呼吸道感染,常用肺力咳合剂与选择性β_(2)-肾上腺素受体促效药、黏液溶解药、皮质甾体激素类,及抗胆碱能药类化学药品联合使用的治疗方案。Objective:To investigate the characteristics of feilike mixture in children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:180 children who were diagnosed as acute upper respiratory tract infection from January 2021 to December 2021 in the respiratory department of the outpatient department of Jiangxi Children's Hospital were selected.In addition to the routine treatment,the prescription of feilikemixture was used in combination with that of 180 children.Medical advice,concomitant medication and efficacy were comprehensively analyzed.Results:The proportion of children aged 1-7 years was the largest,and most of them were in general condition;153 patients(85.00%)received outpatient treatment for 3 to 7 days;the oral dose of feilike mixture was 30 mL per day,which was the largest;it was mainly used to diagnose upper respiratory tract infection.Feilike mixture is mostly combined with budesonide corticosteroids,and terbutaline was selectiveβ_(2)-adrenergic receptor agonists,anticholinergic drugs of ipratropium bromide and antiallergic drugs such as desloratadine.Conclusion:Feilike mixture and its selectivity are commonly used in the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection.β_(2)-adrenergic receptor agonists,mucolytic drugs,corticosteroids,and anticholinergic chemicals suggests that clinicians consider the best treatment plan for patients from a multidimensional perspective.
