益气活血泻浊汤与中药灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血泻浊汤与中药灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)的效果。方法:纳入高安市中医院2019年2月至2022年3月期间诊治的102例CRF患者。按照入院先后顺序分组,其中2019年2月至2021年2月期间入院的患者纳为参照组(n=51例);2021年3月至2022年3月期间入院的患者纳为研究组(n=51例)。参照组患者应用常规西医治疗,研究组应用益气活血泻浊汤与中药灌肠联合治疗。检验两组治疗前及治疗3个月后的中医证候积分(恶心呕吐、食少纳呆、倦怠乏力),肾功能[肌酐(SCr)]及凝血五项常规指标。结果:研究组恶心呕吐等证候积分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组SCr水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)均低于参照组(P<0.05);两组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CRF患者合用益气活血泻浊汤与中药灌肠治疗,有助于促使血液状态恢复正常,促进肾功能恢复并缓解各项症状。Objective:To discuss the effect of yiqi huoxue xiezhuo decoction and enema with traditional Chinese medicine on chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:102 patients with CRF were treated in Gao'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to March 2022.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The patients who were admitted from February 2019 to February 2021 as the control group(n=51),patients admitted between March 2021 and March 2022 were included in the study group(n=51).The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,while the patients in the study group were treated with yiqi huoxue xiezhuo decoction and enema with TCM.The TCM syndrome scores(nausea and vomiting,hypophagia,fatigue),renal function[creatinine(SCr)]and coagulation were tested before and after treatment for 3 months in both groups.Results:The scores of nausea and vomiting in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of SCr in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,D-dimer(DD),fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)and fibrinogen(FIB)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of yiqi huoxue xiezhuo decoction and enema with TCM for CRF patients can promote the recovery of blood status,promote the recovery of renal function and relieve the symptoms.
