摘　　要：目的:探讨肺力咳在呼吸道合胞病毒所致下呼吸道感染的疗效,以期对临床疾病的中医药诊断和治疗起到一定的指导作用。方法:将2021年6月至2022年6月来自江西省儿童医院呼吸科住院的1月至5岁呼吸道病毒感染引起的下呼吸道感染儿童作为研究对象,将52例入组儿童随机分为组(观察组27例,对照组25例)进行研究。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用肺力咳合剂进行治疗,对两组有效率,住院时间,入院第3天、第5天咳嗽评分以及不良反应发生情况进行研究。结果:治疗后,观察组有效率92.59%(25/27)与对照组有效率88.00%(22/25)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间(6.33±1.75)d与对照组住院时间(6.54±1.82)d比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入院第3天观察组日间咳嗽评分(2.04±0.34)分、夜间咳嗽评分(2.07±0.67)分与对照组日间咳嗽评分(2.04±0.54)分、夜间咳嗽评分(2.16±0.69)分比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入院第5天观察组日间咳嗽评分(1.55±0.50)分、夜间咳嗽评分(1.00±0.48)分低于对照组日间咳嗽评分(1.84±0.37)分、夜间咳嗽评分(1.32±0.63)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肺力咳合剂可有效治疗呼吸道合胞病毒所致的下呼吸道感染。Objective:To explore the curative effect of feilike mixture on lower respiratory tract infection caused by respiratory syncytial virus,in order to play a certain guiding role in TCM diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.Methods:From June 2021 to June 2022,52 children aged from 1 month to 5 years old with lower respiratory tract infection caused by respiratory virus infection were enrolled as the subjects,and 52 enrolled children were randomly divided into two groups(27 in observation and 25 in control)for the study.Patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with feilike mixture on the basis of efficacy.The effective rate,average length of hospital stays,cough score on the third and fifth day and the incidence of adverse reactions were investigated.Results:After treatment,The effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%(25/27)compared with the control group was 88.00%(22/25),with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was(6.33±1.75)days compared with the control group(6.54±1.82)days,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).On the third day of admission,the daytime cough score(2.04±0.34)and nighttime cough score(2.07±0.67)of the observation group were compared with the daytime cough score(2.04±0.54)and nighttime cough score(2.16±0.69)of the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).On the fifth day of admission,the daytime cough score(1.55±0.50)and nighttime cough score(1.00±0.48)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group the daytime cough score(1.84±0.37)and nighttime cough score(1.32±0.63),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Feilike mixture can effectively improve the cough symptoms of lower respiratory tract infection caused by respiratory syncytial virus
