疏密波电针颈椎病穴联合李氏颈椎定位旋转复位法治疗颈源性高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疏密波电针颈椎病穴联合李氏颈椎定位旋转复位法对颈源性高血压(CHBP)的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月该院门诊就诊的110例CHBP患者为研究对象,依据就诊顺序的单双号分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用疏密波电针颈椎病穴联合李氏颈椎定位旋转复位法,连续治疗2个疗程。于治疗前后评估两组疗效,检查并对比血压(收缩压、舒张压)水平,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分评估疼痛程度和颈椎功能情况,并测量颈椎活动度。结果治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组(98.18%vs.81.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组收缩压、舒张压、VAS评分、NDI评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,颈椎各个方向活动度较治疗前增大,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均无不良反应发生。结论疏密波电针颈椎病穴联合李氏颈椎定位旋转复位法治疗CHBP的疗效明显,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of dilatational wave electroacupuncture at cervical spondylosis point combined with Li’s cervical positioning and rotary reduction on cervical hypertension(CHBP).Methods A total of 110 CHBP patients who visited the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 55 cases in each group according to the odd and even numbers of the visiting sequence.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with dilatational wave electroacupuncture at cervical spondylosis and Li’s cervical positioning and rotary reduction on this basis,both were treated for two consecutive courses.The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated before and after two courses of treatment;checked and compared the blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure)levels of the two groups;visual analogue scale(VAS)and cervical dysfunction index(NDI)scores were used to evaluate the degree of pain and cervical function in the two groups;The range of motion of cervical spine in the two groups was measured.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(98.18%vs.81.82%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,VAS score and NDI score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,while the cervical motion in all directions was increased than before treatment,and the indexe in the observation group was greater than that in the cont rol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Dilatational wave electroacupuncture at cervical spondylosis combined with Li’s cervical positioning and rotary reduction is effective and safe in the treatment o
