摘　　要：政府公信力是中外学者研究的热点,也是我国政府改革的重心。利用全国多个地级市近年来的地方政府公信力新闻数据,通过文本分析法从情感分析、词频分析及社会网络语义分析的角度出发对地方政府公信力的情感倾向、词频特征与语义网络以及不同地区间政府公信力的异质性进行研究,结果表明:我国地方政府公信力官方新闻报道的情感倾向以积极为主,并呈现出明显的地区异质性特征,东部地区报道量波动幅度较大且明显高于中西部地区;词频分析识别出地方政府公信力建设的重点领域及公众对政府形象的认知;社会网络语义分析呈现出以政府为主体,以法治建设及依法行政为重点的“核心—次核心—外围”三圈结构。Government credibility is the focus of Chinese and foreign scholars’ research, and also the center of Chinese government reform. Based on the local government credibility news data of several prefecture-level cities in recent years, this paper studies the emotional tendency, word frequency characteristics and semantic network of local government credibility as well as the heterogeneity of government credibility among different regions from the perspectives of emotion analysis, word frequency analysis and social network semantic analysis through text analysis. The results show that the emotional tendency of official news reports of local government credibility is mainly positive, and presents obvious regional heterogeneity. The fluctuation range of news reports in the eastern region is larger than that in the central and western regions. Word frequency analysis identifies the key areas of local government credibility construction and the public’s cognition of the government image;the semantic analysis of social network presents a three-circle structure of “core-secondary core-periphery” with the government as the main body and the construction of the rule of law and administration by law as the focus.
