广东翁源青云山省级自然保护区两栖动物资源现状及保护对策

摘　　要：开展两栖动物资源调查,对保护物种多样性和维持生态平衡具有重要意义。为更新完善广东翁源青云山省级自然保护区两栖动物多样性信息,于2022年6月至2022年10月,选取10条样线开展科学考察,每条样线至少重复4次。该次青云山保护区共监测到两栖动物19种,隶属于1目6科;其中包括国家Ⅱ级保护动物1种,为虎纹蛙(Hoplobatrachus chinensis)。该调查结果将为保护区动物资源保护策略制定和提高保护区科研管理水平提供数据支撑。The survey of amphibian resources is of great significance for maintaining species diversity and ecological balance.In order to understand the diversity characteristics of amphibians in the Qingyun Mountain Provincial Nature Reserve in Wengyuan,Guangdong Province,12 transects were selected for investigation from June 2022 to October 2022,and each transect was repeated at least three times.The results showed that 19 species of amphibians belonging to 1 order and 6 families were detected in the Qingyun Mountain Nature Reserve.Among them,there is one national GradeⅡprotected animal,namely,Hoplobatrachus chinensis.The results of this survey will provide data support for the formulation of animal resource protection strategies in the Reserve and the improvement of scientific research management level in the Reserve.
