摘 要:为改善社区环境、居民服务品质低的现状。立足情境感知理论,从情境体验设计视角出发,分析智慧社区情境关键因素,洞察居民需求。提出感官体验、功能体验、情感体验三个层面的设计策略。为提升环境品质,优化居民服务体验,提升社区活力提供了新思路。To improve the community environment and the status quo of low quality of services for residents,the key factors of the smart community situation and gain insight into the needs of residents are analyzed from the perspective of situational experience design,which is based on the theory of situational awareness.The design strategies of sensory experience,functional experience,and emotional experience are proposed.It provides new ideas for improving the quality of the environment,optimizing the service experience of residents,and enhancing the vitality of the community.
