基于空间句法的住区老幼共享空间研究

摘　　要：文中从老幼群体的身心需求出发,借助问卷调查、行为注记、空间句法等研究方法,在空间布局层面对老幼交互行为进行定性与定量相结合的分析,得出了老幼共享活动对各类娱乐器械具有较强的依赖性、与空间公共性空间交通性具有较强的关联性的结论,为老旧住区的更新改造、新建住区的布局设计提供了相应的理论依据。Aiming at the physical and mental needs of the old and young groups,the interaction between the old and young in a qualitative and quantitative way at the spatial layout level is analyzed by questionnaire survey,behavior annotation,and spatial syntax.The results show that the sharing activities of the old and young have a strong dependence on various entertainment equipment,and it also has a strong correlation with the public space transportation.The layout design of new residential areas provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the renewal and transformation of old residential areas.
