摘 要:为延长湿拌砂浆的施工时间,有必要在湿拌砂浆生产过程中加入缓凝组分。文中研究了葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸、蔗糖3种不同种类的缓凝组分对湿拌砂浆性能的影响。研究结果表明,葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸和蔗糖均能够明显提高湿拌砂浆的稠度和保水率;随着不同缓凝组分掺量的增加,湿拌砂浆保塑时间逐渐延长,其中,柠檬酸对于湿拌砂浆保塑时间的延长效果最好;湿拌砂浆7d抗压强度随着缓凝组分掺量的增加逐渐降低,28d抗压强度随着缓凝组分掺量的增加先增高后降低。当柠檬酸掺量为0.15%时,湿拌砂浆的抗压强度达到最大值为8.4MPa。研究为湿拌砂浆中缓凝组分的使用及其工程应用提供了参考。In order to prolong the construction time of wet-mixed mortar,it is necessary to add retarding component in the production of wet mixed mortar.The effectiveness of sodium gluconate,citric acid,and sucrose on the properties of wet-mixed mortar is studied.The results show that sodium gluconate,citric acid,and sucrose improve the consistency of wet mixed mortar.With the increase of the content of the retarding components,the plasticizing time of wet mixed mortar is gradually extended,among which the effectiveness of citric acid is the best.The 7d compressive strength of wet mixed mortar gradually decreases with the increase of the content of retarding component,and the 28d compressive strength first increases and then decreases with the increase of the content of retarding component;when the content of citric acid is 0.15%,the compressive strength of wet mixed mortar reaches the maximum value of 8.4MPa.This study may provide the reference for the use of retarding component of wet mixed mortar in engineering applications.
