摘  要:针对某调相机检修过程中发现的励磁系统可控硅整流电路阻容吸收回路电阻上部绝缘垫块被灼烧发黑变形的问题,通过仿真计算及实验验证,分析问题原因,从电阻回路设计、绝缘垫块选型选材等方面提出相应解决建议。In view of the problem that the insulation pad of the upper resistance of the resistance capacitive absorption loop of the thyristor rectifier circuit of the excitation system was burned black and deformed during the maintenance of a certain adjusting camera,the cause of the problem was analyzed through simulation calculation and experimental verification,and the corresponding solution suggestions were put forward from the aspects of resistance loop design and insulation pad selection.
