摘　　要：区域协调发展是加快实现高质量发展、推进中国式现代化的必由之路。数字经济在一定程度上突破传统的时空约束,有效畅通区域间要素流动。从历史逻辑出发,我国区域经济在长期发展过程中经历了由低水平区域均衡到效率优先导向的区域非均衡,再到区域统筹协调转向区域协调高质量发展的演进历程。从理论逻辑的角度,数字经济能够通过价值分配环节赋能资源有效配置;通过价值实现环节赋能市场变革;通过价值创造环节赋能区域间分工协作,从而推动区域协调发展。现阶段,数字经济对于推动我国区域协调发展具有良好的政策优势和基础条件,但仍面临“数字鸿沟”现象不断扩大、新型数字基础设施不足、地方数字治理方式单一、数字经济发展政策体系有待完善等难题。为此,完善新型数字基础设施建设,实施差异化数字经济发展战略,加快数字产业化和产业数字化融合,构建区域间数字经济协调发展机制,有利于弥合区域间“数字鸿沟”,通过数字经济高质量发展推动新时代区域协调发展。Coordinated regional development is the only way to accelerate the realization of high-quality development and promote Chinese modernization.To some extent,digital economy breaks through the traditional constraints of time and space and effectively unblocks the flow of factors be-tween regions.From the historical logic,the evolution of regional economy has experienced the long-term evolution from low-level regional equi librium to regional imbalance based on efficiency first,regional coordination and then regional coordination with high quality development.From the theoretical logic,digital econoy can enable the effective allocation of resources through the value distribution,promote the market reform through the value realization,and empower the division of labor co-operation between regions through the value creation,so as to promote the coordinated development of regions.At present,the digital economy has policy advantages and basic conditions for promoting the coordinated development of regions,but there are still some challenges,such as the expanding of“digital gap”,insufficient new digital infrastructure construction,single local digital governance,and the imperfect policy support system for the development of digtal economy.To this end,improving the construction of new digital infrastruct ure,implementing a differentiated digital economy development strategy,accelerating the integration of digi tal industri alization and industrial digitization,and establishing a mechanism for coordinated development of digital economy among regions will help to bridge the digital divide between regions and promote coordinated development among regions through the high-quality development of digital economy in the new era.
