痔瘘术后便秘患者运用济川煎加味治疗的效果及不良反应情况分析

摘　　要：目的 分析观察痔瘘术后便秘患者运用济川煎加味治疗的效果及不良反应情况。方法 方便选取2015年1月—2021年6月泉州市中医院收治的63例痔瘘术后便秘患者,经随机数表法分为两组。对照组31例,选择多库酯钠片治疗,研究组32例选择济川煎加味治疗,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果 研究组的总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.893,P=0.027)。与对照组相比,研究组术后2、4 d的排便疼痛评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的满意度、担忧、社会心理、生理评分及总分均明显高于治疗前,且研究组治疗后的各项评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为0.00%,明显低于对照组的19.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.784,P=0.029)。结论 运用济川煎加味治疗痔瘘术后便秘患者,能取得满意效果,不但能显著改善排便疼痛程度以及生活质量,而且安全性理想。Objective To analyze and observe the effect and adverse reactions of Jichuanjian Jiawei in the treatment of constipation patients after hemorrhoid fistula surgery.Methods From January 2015 to June 2021,63 patients with con⁃stipation after hemorrhoid fistula admitted to Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were conveniently selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.31 cases in the control group were treated with polykuester sodium tablets,while 32 cases in the study group were treated with Jichuan Jiawei decoction.The thera⁃peutic effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of study group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(74.19%),and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=4.893,P=0.027).Compared with the control group,the defecation pain score of the study group was significantly decreased at 2 d and 4 d after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of satisfaction,worry,social psychology,physiology and total score of the two groups after treatment were signifi⁃cantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac⁃tions in the study group was 0.00%,which was significantly lower than 19.35%in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.784,P=0.029).Conclusion The application of Jichuanjian Jiawei in the treat⁃ment of constipation patients after hemorrhoid fistula surgery can achieve satisfactory results.It can not only signifi⁃cantly improve the degree of defecation pain and quality of life,but also has ideal safety.
