摘　　要：From ancient rouge and powder to modern cosmetics,cosmetic culture has been a part of Chinese women culture,powder box as a container of rouge and powder has shown different features in different periods.The form of powder box has evolved with the times,and reflected the aesthetic orientations of people at different cultural backgrounds,as well as the historical and cultural tendency of the day.This paper collected and analyzed powder boxes of various dynasties,explored cultures and aesthetic points of different periods from the perspective of powder box form,and also the effect of form evolution and development of powder box on modern cosmetics.
