儿宝颗粒联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗小儿厌食症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿宝颗粒联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2021年12月在濮阳市人民医院诊治的98例小儿厌食症患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(49例)和治疗组(49例)。对照组患儿餐前30 min口服复方消化酶胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d;治疗组患儿在对照组基础上口服儿宝颗粒,1~3岁5 g/次,4~6岁7.5 g/次,6岁以上10 g/次,3次/d。两组患儿均治疗4周。观察两组患儿临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患儿体质量、进食时间,微量元素和血红蛋白水平及脑肠肽指标胃动素(MTL)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、瘦素(LP)水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床总有效率分别为83.67%和93.88%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿进食时间明显缩短(P<0.05),且治疗组患儿进食时间缩短的更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿硒、锌、钙、血红蛋白水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高的更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿MTL、β-EP水平均较治疗前显著升高,而VIP、LP显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组患儿MTL、β-EP、VIP、LP等指标水平改善的更显著(P<0.05)。结论儿宝颗粒联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗小儿厌食症具有良好临床疗效,可有效改善患儿厌食症状,增加患儿体质量,缩短进食时间,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Erbao Granules combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsule in treatment of anorexia in children.Methods Children(98 cases)with anorexia in Puyang People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into control(49 cases)and treatment(49 cases)group by the random number table method.Children in the control group were po administered with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsule 30 min before meals,2 grains/time,three times daily.Children in the treatment group were po administered with Erbao Granules on the basis of the control group,5 g/time for 1—3 years old children,7.5 g/time for 4—6 years old children,10 g/time for more than 6 years old children,three times daily.Children in two groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,the body mass,daily food intake,the levels of trace element and hemoglobin,and the levels of brain gut peptide indexes MTL,β-EP,VIP and LP in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 83.67%and 93.88%respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the feeding time in two groups was significantly shortened(P<0.05),and the feeding time of the treatment group was more significantly shortened(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of selenium,zinc,calcium and hemoglobin in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MTL andβ-EP in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,while VIP and LP were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of MTL,β-EP,VIP and LP in the treatment group were improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Erbao Granules combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsule has good clinical effect in the treatment of infantile anorexia,which can effectively improve the symptom
