精苓口服液联合哌甲酯治疗儿童多动症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨精苓口服液联合哌甲酯控释片治疗儿童多动症的疗效和安全性。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月成都市妇女儿童中心医院收治的80例多动症患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组口服盐酸哌甲酯控释片,1片/次,1次/d。在对照组的基础上,治疗组口服精苓口服液,6~10 mL/次,2次/d。两组患儿治疗30 d。观察两组患儿临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患儿症状好转时间,注意力评定量表(SNAP-IV)、多动行为量表(Conners)和儿童智力量表(Raven’s)评分及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率(97.50%)明显高于对照组(82.51%,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患儿活动过多、情绪不稳、注意缺陷、行为冲动等好转时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SNAP-IV和Conners量表评分明显降低,而Raven’s评分明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组这些量表评分明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组不良反应发生率(7.50%)明显低于对照组(17.50%,P<0.05)。结论精苓口服液联合哌甲酯治疗儿童多动症效果确切,可有效提高临床疗效,患儿注意力改善显著,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Jingling Oral Liquid combined with methylphenidate in treatment of hyperactivity in children.Methods Children(80 cases)with hyperactivity in Chengdu Women and Children’s Central Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were divided into control and treatment group by random number table,and each group had 40 cases.Children in the control group were po administered with Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Controlled Release Tablets,1 tablet/time,once daily.Children in the treatment group were po administered with Jingling Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group,6~10 mL/time,twice daily.Children in two groups were treated for 30 d.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,and the improvement time of clinical symptoms,the scores of SNAP-IV,Conners and Raven's scale,and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.51%,P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of hyperactivity,emotional instability,attention deficit and impulsive behavior in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SNAP-IV and Conners were significantly decreased,while Raven’s was significantly increased in two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of these scales in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(7.50%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion Jingling Oral Liquid combined with methylphenidate in treatment of hyperactivity in children has definite therapeutic effect,the clinical curative effect can be effectively improved,the attention of children is significantly improved,and the safety is good.
