黄葵胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄葵胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月—2022年5月开封市中医院收治的92例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各46例。对照组口服氢氯噻嗪片,20 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服黄葵胶囊治疗,1粒/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗8周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的肾功能和血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为93.48%,明显高于对照组的总有效率78.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)、尿β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者24 h Upro、β_(2)-MG、UAER均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-13水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎具有较好的临床疗效,能够改善肾功能,降低炎症反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of huangkui Capsules combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Patients(92 cases)with chronic glomerulonephritis in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to May 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method,and each group had 46 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets,20 mg/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huangkui Capsules on the basis of the control group,1 grains/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the renal function and serum inflammatory factor level in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.26%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 h Upro,β_(2)-MG,and UAER in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 h Upro,β_(2)-MG,and UAER in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-13 in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-13 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangkui Capsules combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets is effective in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,which can improve renal function and reduce inflammatory reaction.
