数字交易对于就业质量的影响——基于系统GMM和调节效应的实证检验

摘　　要：通过计算我国30个省份2013年到2020年间的数字交易、数字基础设施综合指数及就业质量综合指数,分析和证明数字交易对于就业质量的影响,得出以下结论:我国就业质量在近年有了较大幅度提升,但存在明显的区域差异性;数字交易对于就业质量在整体上具有正向影响;数字基础设施和城镇化发展对于就业质量具有共同的促进效应,但城镇化及数字基础设施等相关变量的耦合协调度不高或相互抑制会削弱就业质量提升效应。因此,就业政策的制定不仅要重视数字交易对就业质量的促进作用,还应考虑数字基础设施建设、数字交易与城镇化建设的整体协调,积极缩小区域间就业质量差距,加强就业培训和保障,稳步推进城镇化,以充分提升就业质量。By calculating the digital transactions,digital infrastructure comprehensive index and employment quality comprehensive index of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020,this paper analyzes and proves the impact of digital transactions on employment quality,and draws the following conclusions:China’s employment quality has been greatly improved in recent years,but there are obvious regional differences;digital transactions have a positive impact on employment quality as a whole.The development of digital infrastructure and urbanization have a common promoting effect on employment quality,but the low degree of coupling coordination or mutual inhibition of related variables such as urbanization and digital infrastructure will weaken the effect of employment quality improvement.Therefore,the formulation of employment policy should not only focus on the role of digital transactions in promoting the quality of employment,but also consider the overall coordination of digital infrastructure construction,digital transactions,and the development of urbanization.In order to fully improve the quality of employment,it is necessary to actively narrow the regional gap,strengthen employment training and security,and steadily promote urbanization.
