摘　　要：城市建设是城市管理的重要组成部分,为城市居民生活、城市经济发展提供基础保障,在城市发展由大规模扩张转向存量提质的新时期,城市建设应充分利用新兴科技加速推动城市的创新,提升智慧建设覆盖面和影响力。公共环境设施做为提供各种公共服务的配套设施,在规划和建设方面具有“乘数效应”,是实现智慧化城市建设的关键一环。文章通过文献研究和实地考察,对郑州市公交候车亭设计现状进行阐述和分析,以公共设施的设计原则为依据,对智慧城市建设背景下的郑州市公交候车亭设计提出合理的优化建议。Urban construction is an important part of urban management,providing basic guarantee for urban residents’lives and urban economic development,in the new period of urban development from large-scale expansion to stock quality improvement,urban construction should make full use of emerging technologies to accelerate urban innovation,improve the coverage and influence of smart construction.As supporting facilities for providing various public services,public environmental facilities have a"multiplier effect"in planning and construction,which is a key part of realizing the construction of smart cities.Through literature research and field investigation,the paper elaborates and analyzes the design status of bus shelters in Zhengzhou,and puts forward reasonable optimization suggestions for the design of bus shelters in Zhengzhou under the background of smart city construction based on the design principles of public facilities.
