汽车滚柱式单向离合器润滑脂的研制

摘　　要：汽车起动电机单向离合器的作用是单方向传递力矩。滚柱式单向离合器因结构简单,性能稳定而得以在汽车上广泛应用。目前缺少能够满足滚柱式单向离合器润滑要求的润滑脂,为此对滚柱式单向离合器润滑脂进行了研制。对滚柱式单向离合器的工况特点及润滑要求进行了分析,确定了滚柱式单向离合器润滑脂的技术指标。通过对稠化剂,基础油,极压剂及摩擦改进剂的选择与考察,滚柱式单向离合器润滑脂由全合成基础油(80%甲基苯基硅油+20%合成酯),12%的12-羟基硬脂酸/癸二酸复合锂皂,4.0%的氰尿酸三聚氰胺和4.5%的磷酸锂组成,其60次工作锥入度299单位,钢网分油(100℃,24 h)2.1%,滴点290℃,蒸发损失(99℃,22 h)0.12%,低温(-40℃)起动转矩140 mN·m,低温(-40℃)运转转矩25 mN·m,烧结负荷4904 N,摩擦因数为0.35~0.41,通过了30万次的起动/停止耐久性试验和低温(-40℃)制动冲击试验。研制的滚柱式单向离合器润滑脂达到了技术指标的要求,同时具有适宜的摩擦因数,良好的耐久性和抗低温(-40℃)制动冲击性能,可以替代进口润滑脂使用。The function of unidirection clutch of automobile starting motor was to transmit torque in one direction.Roller unidirection clutch was widely used in automobiles because of its simple structure and stable performance.At present,there was a lack of grease that could meet the lubrication requirements of the roller unidirection clutch.Therefore,the roller unidirection clutch grease had been developed.The working characteristics and lubrication requirements of the roller unidirection clutch were analyzed,and the technical index of the roller unidirection clutch grease was determined.Through the selection and investigation of thickener,base Stock,extreme pressure additive and frictional modifier,the roller unidirection clutch grease consisted of fully synthetic base Stock(80% methylphenyl silicone oil+20% synthetic ester),12% 12-hydroxystearic acid/sebacic acid lithium soap,4.0% cyanuric acid melamine and 4.5% lithium phosphate.Its 60 working coning penetration was 299 units,the steel mesh oil separation(100℃,24 h)was 2.1%,the drop point was 290℃,the evaporation loss(99℃,22 h)was 0.12%,the low temperature(-40℃)starting torque was 140 mN·m,the low temperature(-40℃)running torque was 25 mN·m,the weld load was 4904 N,and the frictional coefficient was 0.35~0.41.It had passed 300000 times of start/stop durability test and low temperature(-40℃)braking impact test.The developed roller unidirection clutch grease met the requirements of technical indicators,had suitable friction coefficient,good durability and anti-low temperature(-40℃)braking impact performance,and could be used instead of imported grease.
