摘  要:N-苯基-α-萘胺(PANA)属于高温抗氧剂,在合成酯中表现出了良好的抗氧化性能,但在使用中会产生沉淀。为了改善PANA在合成酯中的沉积性能,同时提高其抗氧化性能,通过烷基化反应合成了N-辛基苯基-α-萘胺(OPANA)高温抗氧剂。用热重分析(TG),旋转加压氧弹试验(RPVOT),氧化腐蚀试验(SH/T0450方法)及差示扫描量热法(DSC)等对OPANA的热安定性,在基础油(季戊四醇酯,PAO4及精制矿物油)中抗氧化性能及抗沉积性能进行了评价。OPANA的热分解温度较PANA提高了49.6℃。与PANA相比,OPANA将季戊四醇酯的抗沉积性能提高了约87.5%,抗氧化性能提高了1.3%~40%。合成的OPANA高温抗氧剂比PANA具有更好的热安定性,改善了在合成酯中的抗沉积性能和抗氧化性能,更适合作为合成酯的高温抗氧剂。N-phenyl-α-Naphthylamine(PANA)was an elevated temperature antioxidant,which showed good oxidation resistance in synthetic esters,but would produce precipitation in use.In order to improve the deposition performance of PANA in synthetic esters and its oxidation resistance,N-octylphenyl-α-Naphthylamine(OPANA)elevated temperature antioxidant was synthesized by alkylation reaction.The thermal stability of OPANA,its oxidation resistance and deposition resistance in base Stocks(pentaerythritol ester,PAO4 and refined mineral oil)were evaluated by thermo gravimetric analysis(TG),rotating pressure vessel oxidation test(RPVOT),oxidation corrosion test(SH/T0450 method)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The thermal decomposition temperature of OPANA was 49.6℃ higher than that of PANA.Compared with PANA,OPANA improved the deposition resistance of pentaerythritol ester by 87.5% and the oxidation resistance by 1.3%~40%.The synthesized OPANA elevated temperature antioxidant had better thermal stability than PANA,improved the deposition resistance and oxidation resistance in synthetic esters,and was more suitable as an elevated temperature antioxidant for synthetic esters.
