摘 要:某型飞机机翼轴承使用的是Mobilgrease28高温通用润滑脂。为了简化飞机的润滑维护程序,降低润滑成本,减少润滑脂被误用的风险,提高飞行的安全性,拟用Aeroshellgrease33宽温通用润滑脂来代替Mobilgrease28高温通用润滑脂,为此对用Aeroshellgrease33润滑脂替代Mobilgrease28润滑脂的可行性进行了考察。通过对轴承腐蚀及轴承磨损的考察,表明Aeroshellgrease33润滑脂具有良好的抗腐蚀性能和抗磨损性能,且与Mobilgrease28润滑脂具有良好的相容性。用Aeroshellgrease33润滑脂替代Mobilgrease28润滑脂是可行的。Mobilgrease28 elevated-temperature general grease was used for the wing bearings of an aircraft.In order to simplify aircraft lubrication maintenance procedures,reduce lubrication costs,reduce the risk of misuse of grease,and improve flight safety,Aeroshellgrease33 wide-temperature general grease was proposed to replace Mobilgrease28 elevated-temperature general grease.Therefore,the feasibility of replacing Mobilgrease28 grease with Aeroshellgrease33 grease was investigated.The investigation of bearings corrosion and bearings wear showed that Aeroshellgrease33 had good corrosion resistance and wear resistance,and had good compatibility with Mobilgrease28 grease.It was feasible to replace Mobilgrease28 grease with Aeroshellgrease33 grease.
