摘  要:随着国民经济水平的提高,人们追求更加个性化的生活方式,摩托车的交通属性逐渐切换为休闲娱乐功能,驱动了四冲程摩托车市场的增长,而与之相匹配的四冲程摩托车油也将同步增长,未来具有广阔的市场潜力。摩擦特性(动摩擦特性指数,静摩擦特性指数及停止时间指数)是四冲程摩托车油最关键的性能,不同离合器(湿式离合器或干式离合器)的四冲程摩托车对摩托车油摩擦特性的要求不同。基于发动机油技术平台(P1和P2技术平台),用MTM试验,SRV试验及SAE No.2试验对四冲程摩托车油的摩擦特性进行了研究。借助于MTM试验及SRV试验,用添加分散剂或摩擦改进剂来调整摩托车油的摩擦特性是可行和有效的,并由此开发了系列摩擦特性满足JASO T903—2016规格中MA2和MB类别的四冲程摩托车油。With the improvement of the national economy,people pursued a more personalized lifestyle.The traffic attribute of motorcycles was gradually switched to recreational functions,driving the growth of the fourstroke motorcycle market.And the matching four-stroke motorcycle oils would also increase synchronously,with broad market potential in the future.The frictional characteristics(dynamic friction characteristic index,static friction characteristic index and stop time index)were the most critical performance of four-stroke motorcycle oils.The four-stroke motorcycle with different clutches(wet clutch or dry clutch)had different requirements for the friction characteristics of motorcycle oils.Based on the engine oil technology platform(P1 and P2 technology platform),the friction characteristics of four-stroke motorcycle oils were studied by MTM test,SRV test and SAE No.2 test.With the help of MTM test and SRV test,it was feasible and effective to adjust the friction characteristics of motorcycle oil by adding dispersant or friction modifier,and a series of four-stroke motorcycle oils with friction characteristics meeting the MA2 and MB categories in JASO T903-2016 specification had been developed.
