摘  要:为了加强煤矿安全的管理,国家应急管理部于2022年1月6日发布的《煤矿安全规程》明确规定了操车系统的液压介质需要使用难燃液压液,为此对全合成的煤矿井用难燃液压液进行了研制。通过对基础油模块,润滑/抗磨模块,防锈抗腐蚀模块,抗氧化模块及其他模块的考察,确定了煤矿井用难燃液压液的配方由多元醇酯,0.46%的复合抗磨剂(0.06%磷氮剂+0.40%的磷硫剂),0.08%的复合防锈抗腐蚀剂(0.04%有机磷盐+0.04%硫氮剂),1.0%的复合抗氧剂(0.5%烷基二苯胺+0.5%酚酯型抗氧剂)及0.001%的抗泡剂组成。煤矿井用难燃液压液的自燃点440℃,通过了喷雾燃烧持久性试验(7 MPa,85℃)和歧管着火试验(400℃),具有良好的抗燃性,并获得了MA安全标志认证,可以用于煤矿井操车液压系统。In order to strengthen the management of coalmine safety,the National Emergency Management Department issued the Coalmine Safety Regulations on January 6,2022,which clearly stipulated that the hydraulic medium of the car operating system needed to use the refractory hydraulic fluid.Therefore,the fully synthetic refractory hydraulic fluids for coalmine were developed.Through the investigation of base Stock module,lubrication/anti-wear module,anti-rust and anti-corrosion module,anti-oxidation module and other modules,it was determined that the formula of refractory hydraulic fluid for coalmine was composed of polyols ester,0.46% complex anti-wear additive(0.06% phosphorous nitrogen additive+0.40% phosphorous sulfur additive),0.08% complex anti-rust and anti-corrosion additive(0.04% organic phosphorus salt+0.04% sulfur nitrogen additive),1.0% complex antioxidant(0.5% alkyl diphenylamine+0.5%phenolic ester antioxidant)and 0.001%antifoam additive.The self ignition point of refractory hydraulic fluid used in coalmines was 440℃,which had passed the spray flame persistence test(7 MPa,85℃)and manifold fire test(400℃).It had good anti-flammability,and had obtained MA safety mark certification,which could be used in the operation hydraulic system of coalmine well.
