摘  要:HXD3D型机车是国内研发的功率最大的电力机车之一,运营速度为160 km/h,但其齿轮箱油使用的仍是进口润滑油。为了实现HXD3D型机车齿轮箱油的国产化,开发了HXD3D型机车齿轮箱油,并在3台HXD3D型机车上平行进行了200 Mm的行车试验。在行车试验过程中,每50 Mm取样分析,对HXD3D型机车齿轮箱油的100℃运动黏度,金属(铁,铜及锌)磨损量及戊烷不溶物等进行监控。200 Mm行车试验表明,研制的HXD3D型机车齿轮箱油具有优异的黏度保持性能,摩擦学特性(润滑性能和抗磨损性能),抗氧化性能,清净分散性能及抗水性能,能完全满足时速160 km/h的机车齿轮箱200 Mm换油周期的润滑需求,实现了高速列车齿轮箱油的国产化应用。HXD3D locomotive was one of the most powerful electric locomotives developed in China,with an operating speed of 160 km/h,but its gearbox oil was still imported lubricant.In order to realize the localization of HXD3D locomotive gearbox lubricant,HXD3D locomotive gearbox lubricant was developed.The 200 Mm field test was carried out in parallel on three HXD3D locomotives.Sampling analysis was done every 50 Mm during field test.The 100℃ kinematic viscosity,metal(iron,copper and zinc)wear and pentane insoluble substances of HXD3D locomotive gearbox lubricant were monitored.The 200 Mm field test showed that the developed HXD3D locomotive gearbox lubricant had excellent viscosity retention,tribological characteristics(lubrication and wear resistance),oxidation resistance,detergency and dispersion,and water resistance.It could fully meet the lubrication requirements of 200 Mm oil change cycle for locomotive gearbox with a speed of 160 km/h,and realized the localization application of gearbox lubricant for high-speed trains.
