摘  要:随着石油资源的日益枯竭,可再生资源受到了前所未有的重视。可持续再生的生物质基础油可替代不可再生的矿物润滑油已经成为近年来润滑油领域重要的研究课题。可再生的生物质基础油包括烷烃基础油及可生物降解的酯基基础油。以呋喃衍生物或植物油为原料,通过缩合反应可以合成可再生烷烃基础油(性能与聚α-烯烃基础油相似);对植物油进行生物改性和/或化学改性,可以得到具有生物降解性的可再生酯基基础油。为此对生物质基础油的研究状况进行了综述。尽管可再生烷烃基础油的分子结构可以精准设计,但目前并不具备工业化生产的价值。可再生酯基基础油具有分子结构可设计和生物降解的优势,应用前景广泛,是生物质基础油的主要发展方向。With the increasing depletion of oil resources,renewable resources had received unprecedented attention.In recent years,renewable biomass base Stocks could replace non-renewable mineral lubricating oil,which had become an important research topic in the field of lubricating oil.Renewable biomass base Stocks included alkane base Stocks and biodegradable ester base Stocks.Using furan derivatives or vegetable oil as raw materials,renewable alkane base Stocks could be synthesized by condensation reaction(its performance was similar and with poly α-olefin base Stocks).Biodegradable renewable ester base Stocks could be obtained by biological and/or chemical modification of vegetable oil.The research status of biomass base Stocks was reviewed.Although the molecular structure of renewable alkane base Stocks could be accurately designed,it did not have the value of industrial production at present.Renewable ester base Stocks had the advantages of designable molecular structure and biodegradation,and had a broad application prospect,which was the main development direction of biomass base Stocks.
