摘 要:316不锈钢因其良好的耐蚀性和易加工性,成为海洋平台上管线和设备中应用最为广泛的不锈钢之一。但316不锈钢材料在生产、加工和储运过程中,应进行良好保护,避免污染或破坏其表面氧化膜,否则不锈钢将会发生快速局部腐蚀,危及生产安全。本文结合海洋工程项目实际案例,分析了316不锈钢在工程应用中遇到的腐蚀问题,并给出不锈钢的完整性管理建议,旨在提高材料应用价值。Because of its good corrosion-resistance and processabitity, 316 stainless steel has become one of the most widely-used stainless steels in offshore platform piping and equipment.Stainless steel materials shall be well protected during production, storage, transportation and processing to avoid pollution or damage of its surface oxide film. Otherwise, the stainless steel will corrode rapidly and endanger the platform safety. In this paper, combined with the actual case of offshore engineering project, the corrosion problems of 316 stainless steel in engineering application are analyzed, and the integrity management suggestions of stainless steel are given to improve the application value of materials.
