摘　　要：简述了GB/T3 9482.3—2020涂漆和未涂漆金属试样的电化学阻抗谱(EIS)第3部分:从模拟电解池获得数据的处理和分析的原因,对标准的主要内容进行了简要介绍。本标准的制定使得国内涂料行业内有关该项目指标的测定方法能够很好地统一起来,且方便进入国际市场,并规范和促进涂料行业的发展。The reasons are briefly introduced for the development of standard Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS)on Coated and Uncoated Metallic Specimens-Part 3:Processing and Analysis of Data from Dummy Cells. The main content of the standard is briefly introduced. The formulation of the standard enables the testing methods of the project indicators in the domestic coatings industry to be well unified, facilitates entry into the international market, and standardize and promote the development of the coatings industry.
