摘  要:本文针对车身电泳过程中出现的诸多流漆问题,首先对其分布区域进行了概括性的描述和分析,然后归总流漆问题的形成机理并提出思路对策,并结合具体案例进行剖析说明,最后从设计检查和验证优化的角度给出了一些管控建议,力求从设计源头避免电泳流漆的发生,从而为制造过程节约更多的材料成本和人力工时。The electrophoresis sagging defect is regarded as a typical quality problem in the automotive coating process. In this article, the sagging defect is described and analyzed according to its area where occured. The mechanism of sagging defect is discussed. Some cases are analyzed.As viewed from the design and verification, some advices are given to solve the sagging defect and thus save labor and material cost.
